Head north on the F3 freeway.
Take the Woy Woy exit.
Follow for approx 2 km's to Kariong then:
3 Shell service stations and 3 right hand turns...

1st Shell (Kariong), turn right at Woy Woy Rd.
2nd Shell (Woy Woy), turn right at Ocean Beach Rd.
3rd Shell (Umina), turn right into Mt Ettalong Rd.

Continue along Mt Ettalong Rd which winds up to the top of the mountain. At the top keep an eye out for the fork in the road. Keep left and follow the road down to Pearl Beach. We are right on the beach!

The journey from the freeway turn off to Pearl Beach should take around 20 minutes.


A pleasant way to travel to Pearls on the Beach on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Thursday also during school holidays) is by ferry.

The ferry travels to Patonga from Palm Beach where the Pearl's bus can pick you up – please note that bookings are essential for this service as bus seats are limited to 14 people.

The Palm Beach and Hawkesbury River ferry departs Palm Beach at 11am, arrives at Patonga at 11:30am and returns from Patonga at 4:15pm on weekends and 3pm mid-week.

For the energetic, a great way to earn your lunch is to take the picturesque Great Northern Walk from Patonga to Pearl Beach which takes around 1.25hrs.
